Therapy that changes the pattern not just manages the symptom
We work to shift the anxious thinking, calm the nervous system reactivity & rebuild your core beliefs so you stop running on autopilot
Therapy services are provided through

Who we help
We work with adult women who look like they’re doing “fine” on the outside, but anxious, stuck and exhausted on the inside
You might be in the right place if you:
Overthink decisions and second-guess yourself
Struggle with perfectionism, guilt or people-pleasing
Feel tense, on-edge, or stuck in survival mode
Keep repeating the same awful relationship patterns
Have a good life on paper but feel disconnect and unhappy
What we do
This work is structured, practical and highly individualized. We don’t just talk about what happened, we focus on what’s happening now and what will actually shift it.
We’ll focus on:
Rebuilding your self image one brick at a time
Setting real boundaries, conquering burnout and stop feeling like you have to be “on” all the time
Learning techniques you can use in the moment to stop spiraling thoughts
Increasing your level of motivation and the confidence to know you are capable
Finding your voice so you can stop defaulting to people-pleasing
Having true love, joy and appreciation for all that is your life
How therapy works here
This is way more than just coping.
Coping helps you get though the day. We do work to change the loop so you stop ending up in the same place with a different stressor.
The format:
-
We map your pattern. What’s the trigger(s) leading to the thoughts- emotions- body responses- and behaviors that are responsible for the results in your life? We will go back and identify what is maintaining all of this.
-
We primarily use CBT strategies and nervous system regulation skills like mindfulness based stress reduction. We use practical yet proven techniques to help you leave the session with a plan, not just an understanding.
-
We intentionally keep caseloads small and within our specific scope of practice. This is so that we may provide thoughtful, individualized care with consistent follow-through from session to session.
-
We target the deeper “rules” and self-image that keep pulling you back to the perfectionism, guilt, fear of disappointing others and the fear of being not enough.
-
Small, realistic experiments between sessions will help to build new evidence so your brain stops defaulting to anxiety. This is where the change will finally stick.
