For more than 12 years, I've been working in private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor and built a beautiful thriving private practice, called Peaceful Happy Home, in a small town in Pennsylvania.
Most of my clients look like they’re doing fine. They’re high-achieving, responsible and capable. And on the inside, they’re anxious, overthinking, guilt-driven and exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
My job is to help you change the pattern underneath, not just cope. My approach is often relational, blending CBT, nervous system regulation techniques, and deeper belief/self-image work so change actually sticks.
I want to get you from where you are to where you want to be in an individualized structured way.
